KOTA KINABALU, Feb 6 (Bernama) - German rider Maximilian Richard Walscheid of NTT Pro Cycling Team won the 2020 Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) curtain-raiser, the Kota Kinabalu Criterium Race, here today.
The 26-year-old German finished first in the 80-km race involving nine loops around Padang Merdeka.
Malaysian rider, Mohd Harrif Saleh of Terengganu Inc. TSG Cycling Team and Australian rider, Black Quick of St George Continental Cycling Team came in second and third place, respectively.
The chief judge declared top 10 finishers clocked the same time of 1 hour 42 minutes and 01 seconds after crossing the finishing line in a bunch.
